We offer registered courier shipping to all areas in New Zealand through New Zealand Couriers.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard Shipping - $9.00
We advise that you provide your daytime address for delivery purposes. To ensure secure delivery all parcels must be signed for upon arrival - we do not offer an Authority To Leave option. If you are not present to sign, New Zealand Couriers will leave a missed delivery card with details to either: arrange a redelivery to the same address; redirect your parcel to an alternate address; have it delivered to a New Zealand Couriers agent; or collect it from the noted New Zealand Couriers branch.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once you have placed your order, your will receive an order confirmation with your purchase details. From this time, you will not be able to change, add to or cancel your order.
Standard registered post shipping estimate:
6 business days – all areas of New Zealand*
* Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.
We endeavour to package and ship your order as quickly as possible, however please be aware that shipping estimates are calculated from the shipment date of your parcel.
Please note: Delivery dates are a best estimate only and Intimo will not be liable for any loss or damage due to any unforeseen or unavoidable delay in delivery, including order volume, stock availability or New Zealand Couriers delivery issues.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email and an email with your New Zealand Couriers tracking number. Please note that you will be able to track your parcel once it arrives in New Zealand.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re thrilled to know that women across the world admire our beautiful collections, however currently we do not offer international shipping beyond New Zealand. We’re excited about the future though, and in line with our vision to extend the Feel Good Fit with women everywhere, we do endeavour to branch out internationally – watch this space!
