Intimo offer Australia post Registered standard and Express Post shipping options to all areas of Australia.

Standard Shipping - $8.00

Our Australia Post services require that the parcel is signed for upon delivery and so we advise that you provide your daytime address. If you are not present to sign, we protect your delivery by asking that Australia Post deliver your parcel at the nearest Australia Post Office for your collection. In this instance Australia Post will leave a card behind with collection instructions.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once your order is received, Intimo will send a confirmation email detailing your purchase. From this time, you will not be able to change, add to or cancel your order. Once your order is packaged and dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Standard registered post shipping estimates:

4 business days - Victoria
6 business days - South Australia*
6 business days - New South Wales*
6 business days – Queensland*
8 business days - Western Australia*
6 business days - Australian Capital Territory*
6 business days – Tasmania*

* Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

Express registered post shipping estimates:

3 business days - All capital cities (except Perth)*
4 business days - Perth*

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email and an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for lodgement before tracking.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We offer registered courier shipping to all areas in New Zealand through New Zealand Couriers.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard Shipping - $9.00

We advise that you provide your daytime address for delivery purposes. To ensure secure delivery all parcels must be signed for upon arrival - we do not offer an Authority To Leave option. If you are not present to sign, New Zealand Couriers will leave a missed delivery card with details to either: arrange a redelivery to the same address; redirect your parcel to an alternate address; have it delivered to a New Zealand Couriers agent; or collect it from the noted New Zealand Couriers branch.

We’re thrilled to know that women across the world admire our beautiful collections, however currently we do not offer international shipping beyond New Zealand. We’re excited about the future though, and in line with our vision to extend the Feel Good Fit with women everywhere, we do endeavour to branch out internationally – watch this space!
